LaunchGood, the world’s largest fundraising platform for Muslims, operates in 159 countries. Ramadan is a critical period for both LaunchGood and the charities using their platform to raise funds. They approached us to handle all of their marketing activity during this time, ensuring they hit their targets while helping the fundraisers on their platform achieve theirs.

As part of our strategy, we executed targeted CRM campaigns to personalise engagement, driving donations at key moments for both fundraisers and donors.
We enhanced the platform with tailored landing pages and sitewide elements and used paid ads to drive traffic and conversions, supporting fundraisers in reaching their goals.
Our social media campaigns infused insights and humour, resonating with the Muslim community during Ramadan while helping position LaunchGood as the go-to platform for Sadaqah and Zakat.


Our efforts drove exceptional results, helping LaunchGood surpass their 2026 targets a year ahead of schedule. Paid media campaigns delivered an impressive 4.7X return on ad spend, while donor emails achieved a standout 35% open rate. The Ramadan Challenge saw signups exceed targets by 21%, and Zakat donations soared 33% above expectations, proving the effectiveness of our activity.





While Ramadan may be over, our work with LaunchGood is far from finished. We’re now focused on encouraging year-round daily giving, helping donors maintain their generosity beyond Ramadan. Early results are promising, and we’re excited to continue supporting LaunchGood with their marketing.
